Why Malala Yousafzai Silent about ‘atrocities and human rights’ in Indian Occupied Kashmir

By Dr Shahid Qureshi: –

Malala Yousafzai ‘never uttered a word’ about the dire human rights situation in Indian occupied Kashmir, where thousands of children are unable to attend schools due to curfew imposed by the Indian Army.

Malala Yousafzai was a fake all along and created by US and its allies in Pakistan to help President Obama win the elections. It was all unreal and staged as shows the outcome. Pakistan is unlucky in producing these so-called heroes who backfire in the end be it Dr Abdus Salam, a Qadiyani or Sharmeen Obaid Chnoy, their Oscar awards and Noble prize are meant to be reward of treachery with Pakistan.

“What is the point of having an experienced general who is working for the enemy’, Imam Khomeine famous public quote. After the imam Khomeini’s Iranian Revolution, a large number of senior military and security officers were put on trial and executed for crimes committed against own people on the behest of Shah of Iran and foreign powers like USA etc.

Christina Lamb of The Sunday Times was a panelist in the last session hosted by Owen Benet Jones (BBC World). She promoted her book co-authored with Malala Yousafzai and also asked why people hate her. She also accused Pakistan to be linked with 9/11 as Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was captured in Pakistan.

I told Christina Lamb at RUSI ‘Pakistan Security Conference’ on 01/10/15 that: “since you asked why Pakistani hate Malaala – She is seen as part of ‘Psychological Warfare’ against Pakistan and Ann Frank character of Pakistan. Obviously Pakistani establishment was part of ‘Malala Project’ which helped President Obama increased his ratings and supported his policy towards Taliban to say the least. Now Malala is rubbing shoulder with notorious characters Taslima Nasreen most hated characters in Muslims world. She is seen as a tool in the hands of war mongers and war criminals.

I also told Christina Lamb that: ‘you have not been allegedly a credible journalist yourself as you were caught buying PIA air tickets in the name of Osama Bin Laden. She denied the charge and said it was the Pakistani ISI behind this ticket issue. The co-author of Malala’s book Christina Lamb was deported from Pakistan for planting a story that Osama Bin Laden was travelling from Queeta by air to Islamabad’.

She spoke to me after the meeting and I told her by asking you about the Osama bin Laden tickets I gave you an opportunity to clear your position.

The Nation reported on 21 October 2001: “The Federal Ministry of Information’s External Publicity Wing summoned the British journalist, Christina Lamb, for explanation about her involvement in an anti-Pakistan conspiracy to illegally prove Osama’s presence in the Pakistan, officials said:

“Lamb offered an unqualified apology and pledged not to commit any such ugly act in future, the official said. Meanwhile, Christina Lamb and her photographer colleague, Mr. Justin are said to have decided to pack up after this incident and they are likely to leave Pakistan.  The government has broadened the scope of investigations and tightened the surveillance of foreign journalists after Ms. Lamb’s episode to malign Pakistan through fake travel documents in the name of Osama bin Laden.”

‘Malala project’ is supported by same PR Company that represents high and mighty. The Malala machine really grew in November 2012 when the PR agency Edelman, whose clients include Starbucks and Microsoft, started working for her family. A spokesman for Edelman said it was carrying out the work on a pro-bono basis and now had a team of five people supporting Malala.

Edelman said its role “primarily involves providing a press office function for Malala” and “helping to advise the family on how to engage with the huge media and public interest in Malala’s campaign.” Well there is nothing called ‘free lunch’ in the world? The question one ask is why Pakistani tax payers are paying her school fees and her father’s salary. Her father was more close to the US special adviser Richard Holbroke and that role is taken by Gordon Brown.

There are similarities between the characters of Ann Frank a 2nd World War character that also wrote diaries during the war like Malala Yousafzai. Surely she is part of the psychological warfare operation against the Taliban terrorists.

The awarding of half Noble prize to Malala Yousafzai a Pakistani teenager, a victim of terrorism and later abuse by people around her has excited people especially the elite in Pakistan. She is the youngest to receive such an award. However people are questioning the credibility of the awarding itself and agenda behind this? Obviously when Malala was hanging around with infamous Salman Rushdie and Taslima Nasreen of Bangladesh surely raised eyebrows. So what kind of company Malala is keeping?

The BBC quoted Tariq Khattack, editor of the Pakistan Observer, condemning the prize and Malala: “She is a normal, useless type of a girl. Nothing in her is special at all. She’s selling what the West will buy.”

Pakistani elite is naive and will do anything to get an award when even their actions bring shame or undermine the country’s honor and interests for example a Canadian resident Sharmeen Chnoy won Oscars by making a film on acid victim in Pakistan by promising large sum of money about Rs. 3 million.

Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy Dishonestly Maligned Pakistan to get Oscars?

The Express Tribune reported 28 June 2012: “Acid victim Rukhsana, featured in Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy’s Oscar winning documentary Saving Face, has alleged that the filmmaker promised to give her Rs.3 million and a house, and also promised to help her with plastic surgery for working in the film, but did not fulfill any of her promises.

Similarly another Pakistani citizen resident in Italy who got the Nobel Prize was Dr Abdus Salam. However, as Anthony Tucker’s obituary in The Guardian (22 November 1996) noted that ‘in spite of his powerful influence in world physics, his eminence in the West and lifelong commitment to science in developing countries, in his own country Abdus Salam is blamed for the starvation of important areas of science through encouraging theoretical and nuclear physics and by inference, weapons research’. Anthony Tucker also said that Abdus Salam `was a vigorous supporter of Pugwash’ and he `sought nuclear disarmament’. His unwillingness to contribute to the development of science in Pakistan can also be attributed to his being a committed and proselytizing member of the heretic Qadiyani community.

The Chinese received Dr Salam as an eminent Pakistani scientist and, it is probable, that they might spoke to him freely about their cooperation with Pakistan’s nuclear program. It may have been a coincidence that Pakistan’s ‘Islamic bomb’ became news soon after his visit. The BBC-1 TV current affairs program, ‘Panorama’, aired in June 1980, mentioned Abdus Salam as one of those who were present at a 1972 ‘ meeting where Zulfikar AIi Bhutto had ‘ allegedly taken a decision to make a nuclear bomb.

Dr Abdus Salams’s position as scientific adviser, however, came to an abrupt end in 1974 when upon orders from Zulifqar Ali Bhutto the ministry of interior told the PAEC not to allow him anymore into its laboratories?

The Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) in London hold ‘The Pakistan Security Conference 2015’ on 1st October 2015, which addressed by Major General Aamir Riaz, Director General Military Operations, Pakistan Army, Major General (Rtd) Johnathan Shaw, former Director Special Forces, Ministry of Defense UK, Professor Theo Farrell, Head of War Studies Department Kings College, Senator Mushaid Hussain, Christina Lamb and Owen Bennett Jones.

The purpose of the conference was to: “bring together leading thinkers, practitioners and government officials to discuss current strategic thinking and prevailing domestic and regional security dilemmas facing Pakistan.

Pakistan’s problems with militancy are manifold, and include violent sectarian groups, transnational Al-Qaeda-influenced jihadist groups, Al-Qaeda operatives with a history of planning attacks against the UK, an ISIL affiliate, separatist groups, and insurgent groups. Pakistan’s most recent response, operation Rad ul Fazad and Zarb-e-Azb, disrupted the operations of some of these groups; at least for the short-term. How far this represents a strategic shift in Pakistan’s security policy has yet to be determined, and complex regional dynamics and tensions between Pakistan and both of its neighbors will be influential.”

The conference was successful in terms of speeches and presentations by General Raheel Sharif (COAS) and Major General Aamir Riaz (DGMO). There speeches clearly shows that a new breed of Generals have arrived in the Pakistan Armed Forces.

There is a real lack of good Pakistani writers, academics, analysts, and journalists in  conferences like this one. This is the area which need attention and investment both on intellectual and financial fronts.
