Teenage Girl Forced to March Naked in Pakistan – Mujahideen Justice Required?

By Dr Shahid Qureshi : –

I am apologizing to the teenage Pakistani girl who was paraded naked by the influential criminals in Dera Ismail Khan, KPK province of Pakistan. I am sorry ‘for not been able to protect you for this disgraceful act’. You should not have suffered for the crimes committed by others and candle ‘NGO’ mafia should not cash on this to blame the religion. It is total lawlessness and criminal act of individuals who must be brought to justice and hang them as high and as long as people can see, ‘justice not only be done but also seen to be done’.

As a journalist I only have a pen to raise your voice. I have no army, no tanks, no jets and not even local ‘mujahideen commander’. I am no Mohammad bin Qasam commander of Hijaj bin Yousaf. I am sorry that Pakistan is ruled by (Nawaz) ‘Sharifs’ at the moment who invited enemy Indian prime minister Modi a murderer, who kill our soldiers and civilians at Line of Control (LOC) daily at their home for weddings and birthdays do business with them.

As a trained soldier with pen now, one thing I can assure you if I was there I would not let that happened to you like those shameless people who stood by and did nothing. They are all partners in the crime. Pakistani media has done tremendous job by bringing this report otherwise local police as usual work for the criminals and notorious in ‘pimping’.

According to Pakistani media reports, SAMA TV from Dera Ismail Khan a district of KPK province the:  “Inspector General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police Salahuddin took notice of a shocking incident that took place in Dera Ismail Khan where a teenage girl was forced to walk naked through the village streets. An FIR has been lodged in Chaudhwan police station against the influential people of the village involved in the incident.

According to the details, at least five gunmen coerced a 14-year old girl to walk through the streets of the village with no clothes on at the behest of the influential people on account of family feud. The teenage girl of the rivals’ family was forced to walk naked while she was on way back home carrying water for daily use.

According to eyewitnesses, the armed men did not allow the helpless girl to take a piece of cloth to cover herself nor did they let her take refuge in anyone’s house. The incident involving barbarity continued for at least one hour, according to the villagers.

The local police also skirted the requests by the aggrieved family; however, when the report reached media, an FIR was lodged against five criminals. However, not a single outlaw has so far been arrested.

In an ironical turn of event, the influential people have lodged an FIR against the girl’s brother so that the family could be pressurized. KPK police chief also took notice of the shocking incident and directed the concerned police official to take immediate action against those involved.”

The use of women as weapon of war or feud is not new but there is no war or invaders in Pakistan or there is something I don’t know? Yes, Pakistan is invaded by corrupt mafias and ruled by criminals. What Serbians did to the Bosnian Muslim neighbours in former Yugoslavia where over 20,000 Bosnian and Croatian women were raped. Peace and order was however restored after UN forces (Pakistan Army) arrived bit late. My Bosnian and Kosovan journalist friends have so many praises for UN Pakistani Forces. They don’t know that Pakistan Army is fighting war of its own survival in Pakistan at the hands of corrupt, criminal mafias and traitors at the moment.

I lost my appetite after reading shocking news coming from the most religious province KPK and supposedly home of Mujaideen fully supported by US and West. I dealt with Pakistani courts in my journalist brother Faisal Qureshi’s murder case and land mafia after ‘qbaza on my home’ in Johar Town Lahore for 7 years. It is the same house where my brother was murdered by the terrorists. But police, judges and lawyers all in one syndicate and played legal circus. Sadly, man behind this land mafia was man of law a sitting Additional Session Judge who was my 2 doors neighbour. Nobody cares in Pakistan.

I was humbled and literally in tears when a senior Chinese official said at the International Conference in Beijing in July 2017, “China acknowledges your sacrifices (Dr Shahid Qureshi) and murder of your brother by the terrorist mafia”. In my own country of birth Pakistan nobody cares. Shameless ruling convicted criminals Shrifs are busy in threatening government officials who did excellent job in JIT investigations.

I was reading that Taliban in Afghanistan have recently established more local courts and case disposing timeline is one month to avoid and any injustice. It was much quicker before.  A case of land grabbing and murder was brought to the Taliban local court after Afghan lawyer in Kabul demanded half million US$ legal fees from victims. Taliban called in both parties and witnesses after one Friday prayers within few hours case was concluded. There was a full confession from the criminals and court asked the victims if they like ‘blood money’ or ‘head’. Victim’s brother said: ‘blood money as deceased left four kids and a widow’.  The land and property were released by the criminals back to the owners.”

We need these type of swift justice courts with an outcome and timeline. I have no trust and hope on the corrupt and failed judicial and policing system of Pakistan.
