Rise of Radicalisation in Kyrgyzstan and US Invasions of Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan

(Exclusive Report) :-

Nearly 600 citizens of Kyrgyzstan went to Syria and Iraq to join extremist groups between October 2016 – March 2018.

These six hundred people include women and children. Some of them are killed. As in other countries of the region, the authorities of the country are concerned only with one question – what will the survivors of this number do? Where will they go and why, when they decide to leave the zone of military operations in the Middle East?

In August of the year before last, the suicide bomber tried to slip into the territory of the Chinese embassy in Bishkek. He was killed, several people were wounded. In April 2017, a native of Kyrgyzstan Akbarzhon Jalilov carried an explosive device in the metro in St. Petersburg, which killed not only the terrorist himself, but also 14 innocent people.

In the autumn of last year, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, a member of an international terrorist organization, was detained in one of the districts of the Osh region at the stage of preparation for the commission of the terrorist attack. It is known that earlier he participated in armed conflicts in the Syrian-Iraqi zone, in addition, it turned out that the detainee underwent sabotage and combat training and planned to commit an act of terrorism in the territory of his native state.

All these people, one way or another, were associated with various international terrorist groups. Including, some of them were members of the religious community ‘Tablighi Jamaat’, who feels free in Kyrgyzstan for many years. This movement exists since 1926, for decades the organization has grown to the level of followers of 70-80 million people. And this is only average scores. How many in fact supporters of this large religious community, it is still difficult to say.

In many countries of the world, ‘Tablighi Jamaat’ is officially banned. In 2006, the organization was banned in Tajikistan, in 2009 in Uzbekistan and Russia, in 2013 in neighbouring Kazakhstan. In Kyrgyzstan, too, there was an attempt to ban this movement, but then, with its presence and considerable influence on the citizens of the country, it seems, resigned. It’s no secret that ‘Tablighi Jamaat’ is one of the most active religious movements in this Central Asian country. Moreover, in Kyrgyzstan, not only did they fail to recognize the activities of the ‘Tablugov’ terrorists, as everywhere they are around, but on the contrary, they prefer to overlook the growing threat and strength of the extremist community,

thereby only encouraging its development and strengthening. And this despite the fact that the members of the movement are not limited to appeals only to follow the true Islam.

It is very important to understand the dynamics of response involved the resistance of occupying invaders like USA and NATO in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Libya. The branding and rebranding of terrorism by the US experts of psychological warfare.

As per following ‘Brzezinski Doctrine’, Turkey is new Pakistan in the region as US is in habit putting too much pressures on it friend until they collapse, damaged and destroyed. We have no reason not to believe US President Jimmy Carter’s National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski who reportedly said that US lured the Soviets into Afghanistan trap and give USSR its Vietnam.

At the same time Zbigniew Brzezinski’s Interview with Le Nouvel Observateur’s Published 15-21 January 1998, and Translated by Jean Martineau makes clear:

“The Muslim Terrorist Apparatus was Created by US Intelligence as a Geopolitical Weapon”.

Well lets starts with Afghan Mujahidins, later know as Taliban further rebranded Al-AQeeda and now also known as (aka) Daesh or ISIL. The US & European States are still using Brzezinski’s Muslim terrorist strategy. Currently Russia, Turkey, Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Pakistan are victims of Brzezinski Doctrine.

It is alleged that members of secret terrorist organizations, opened by special services of various countries, in particular Russia, are usually in the ranks of Tablighi Jamaat. And the majority are from Kyrgyzstan. As a rule, the leaders of such underground cells completed the religious centers of this banned in many countries movement, located in Pakistan. It is there, as well as in India and Bangladesh – the countries of the birth of the movement – and in recent years an increasing number of propagandists from Kyrgyzstan, the so-called ‘Daavatists’, ‘Daavatchi’, have been sent.

Many go there on tourist visas and private invitations; therefore, it is not possible to track the exact number of those who wish to receive religious education. Experts associate the activation of ‘Tablighi Jamaat’ in Kyrgyzstan with the activities of graduates of various Islamic educational institutions and centers in Pakistan and India. The most terrible thing is that often therefrom they come back with already changed thinking, full of religious beliefs and teachings that contradict the local mentality and traditions, and, above all, the historically established Hanafi madhhab.

Even children are illegally transferred from Kyrgyzstan to Bangladesh. Kyrgyz special services believe that behind all this is the Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, in particular. However, this is no longer the news – it is the SAMK that is the very force that defends and defends the position of ‘Tablighi Jamaat’ in Kyrgyzstan, contributes to the expansion of its influence in the republic.

It is known that Kyrgyz women are already actively involved in the ranks of the dangerous religious movement. They are called ‘masturat’. These women are involved in various activities – these are weekly classes on Islam, and ‘masturat davaat’, the so-called «family davaats, when men are accompanied by women-wives, mothers or sisters. Once a month, a man from the mosque, an activist of Tablighi Jamaat, comes to the women-masturat, he conducts lectures, calling for religion.

In the religious practice of ‘masturat’ you can see a clear boundary between religion and culture. They are more interested in textual and orthodox Islam, attending lectures of the Imam. Such features are alarming to the Kyrgyz society, in this simple population, including the press, see the confrontation of Islam with tradition. People see this as a threat, because, according to them, there is not «Islamization», but ‘Arabization’ or ‘pakistanization’ of the population.

Experts who study the influence of the female wing of ‘Tablighi Jamaat’ on the situation inside the country note the alarming fact. In their opinion, the tendency to increase religiousness in the formerly secular part of the Kyrgyz society can change, in general, the Kyrgyz identity. The Kyrgyz relied on their own set of spiritual norms and rules called kyrgyz salttari, experts explain, referring to the oral traditions that determine the daily activities of the people. This culture was destroyed during the Soviet period, and now faced a new risk in connection with the growing popularity of Islam. And the important factor here is the religious activation of the female population, as an additional help in the matter of the growing influence on the minds of Kyrgyz citizens by the frankly extremist movement.

The influence of Tablesmen on an alarming scale extends to the highest echelons of both civil and religious authorities. Largely due to the fact that the head of the SAMK is Maksatbek azhy Toktomushev, he is also an ex-amir, that is, the head of the tableau jamaat. With the SAMK, official training courses for preachers (daavatists) are run by the special department. These Daavatists have the right to preach within six months. Such a free stay is largely predetermined by support at the highest level. It was ex-head of the republic Almazbek Atambaev.

At the same time, experts see a particular threat not only in «Tablighi Jamaat» itself, but also in various radical offshoots that originate within the movement, such as the Yakyn Incar, whose members categorically deny secular laws and, consequently, the existence of the modern Kyrgyz state. That is, formally they are still inside the movement, but in fact they no longer recognize the leaders and ideology of the ‘tablayers’.

The ‘Tabligh’ interpretation of Islam in itself is extremely dangerous and destructive – the person’s identity changes radically, becoming more radical and intolerant towards other religious currents, including traditional Islam. Here lies the main time bomb, which Tabligovs lay in the minds of citizens of Kyrgyzstan from year to year, gradually and more and more impudently. In the cycle of Tablighi Jamaat, an increasing number of people are involved, which means that the risk of new radicals and terrorists is growing, which is scary, from among our own citizens.

The neighboring states are alarmed by the many things in this whole situation – and the powerlessness of the Kyrgyz security forces trying to do something, but without success. And earlier voiced initiatives by foreign sponsors for erecting a certain Islamic cultural center on the territory of Kyrgyzstan, but in fact, in theory, and in fact, possible «Radicalization Center and Wahhabi ideology center in

close proximity to the borders of other Central Asian countries, actively struggling with expansion of Tablighi Jamaat within their territories.

It is also dangerous that, for ordinary citizens of Kyrgyzstan, Islam, and not exactly traditional, namely radicalized, is increasingly becoming the only salvation and outlet in the period when no reforms are implemented within the state to improve life and increase the well-being of the population. This is the main reason for the growth of this threat under the guise of the preachers of Tablighi Jamaat. The authorities of the country need to fight against this, analysts say, but this is also difficult, as well as resisting the current expansion of the influence of the Tablesmen.

The fundamental question one must be asking are there any Christian groups preaching fundamentalist evangelical, Russian Orthodox, Ukrainian Church ideologies in central Asia and post-soviet republics.  It is very important to understand how people are being radicalised by the continuous invasions and destructions of Muslim countries by the Christian dominated and ruled USA and EU countries from Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen, Somalia and Pakistan.

The reality is that countries need to protect its people from radicalisation and also oppose root causes i.e., attacks, invasions, occupations, killings of Muslim civilian men, women and children.
