Police have charged five boys with rape, they said last night.
West Yorkshire Police said two boys aged 13 and three aged 14 had all been charged with rape of a child under 13.
Two of them, one aged 13 and one 14, have been charged with two counts of rape of a child under 13, and one aged 13 has been charged with one count of rape of a child under 13 and sexual assault of a child under 13.
The other two, both aged 14, have been charged with one count of rape of a child under 13.
The charges relate to two alleged incidents involving the same person in the Calderdale area in July last year. All five have been released on bail and will appear at Calderdale Youth Court on August 20.
