By Dr Shahid Qureshi: –
History will remember Fazalu Rehman head of JUI-F as a self righteous, selfish and collaborator of the enemy, and a tool of the ‘Brzezinski Doctrine’. He is marching with yellow boys at the wrong time and wrong place. US National Security adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski in an Interview with Le Nouvel Observateur’s Published 15-21 January 1998, and Translated by Jean Martineau said:
“The Muslim Terrorist Apparatus was Created by US Intelligence as a Geopolitical Weapon”.
Fazaulu Rehman has decided to distract and divert the world attention from Indian atrocities in Kashmir in international and national media with his so called ‘freedom march’ on 27 October 2019, which Kashmiris celebrate as Black Day. He has emerged as number one after the brutal murder of Sami ul Haq recently. He is supported by both Nawaz Sharif (PML-N) and Asif Zardari of PPP.
At a time when Pakistani soldiers and civilians are dying and forces are exchanging fires at Line of Control in Kashmir on daily basis and over 8 million Kashmiris are under siege of the over 900000 occupying Indian Army.
Pakistan is facing major threats from agents, operatives, and saboteurs inside. The security leaks and treachery is order of the day in Pakistan from top to bottom in all spheres. A major operation need to be launched against these foreign agents who are implementing the foreign agendas in Pakistan. You need a major surgical operation not this ‘paracetamol’ Micky mouse circus. The law is too heavy for poor and need but for criminals and mafias it is like friendly lawn. ”
Special measures in special circumstances” said the US supreme Court during the civil war.
Pakistan and Turkey are special target of the international arms dealers and mafias for various reasons. One of them is there capacity to build an empire powerful enough to challenge them.
There are many people who are afraid of Turks not just because of its military but for another reason Turks had built an empire and ran it. Turkey was hoping to be given European Union (EU) membership for over 50 years and in this pursuit it has done everything from one mountain to another apart from turning into a woman. In last few years Turkey realised that Europe will never let her in EU and therefore it started looking towards East of the World where China, Russia, Iran, Pakistan and rest lives.
This policy obviously gives Turkey a clear sense of direction instead of ‘Fit In’ efforts with EU. It has economically recovered and improved its security and defences. Turkey’s false hope of becoming the member of the European Union is buried now hence time for work. It can have a membership as far as Euro Vision song contest and that’s it.
Turkey has some internal problems with Kurds which are obviously fuelled and nurtured by its so called friends. Surely they have the option to adopt the policy of being “exclusive but inclusive”, which means it can give them rights within the Sovereign Turkey to avoid future disintegration. Some will accept and some won’t so it can choose. At the same be careful constitutional loopholes.
“It was 1974 constitution of former Yugoslavia which caused the break of the state”, said Antonio Moneo Lain a visiting fellow at LSE in his lecture at London School of Economics on 2nd December 2009. I told him that although, “USA is a union of States but no such facility like choice of becoming independent country is available to the states as the issue of state autonomy is kept vague”.
It seems that Turkeys friends have the ‘Soviet Union Model’ in mind because in modern times international plotters use constitutional loopholes or constitutional amendments to disintegrate countries. For example in dismantling of the USSR the international plotters used constitutional provisions which had been placed intentionally. The breakup of the USSR was provided in two of the Articles of the USSR constitution. Article 70 Stated: “Union of the Soviets Republics is a unitary, federal, multinational state, formed on the Free Self Determination of Nations”. Article 72 was more explicit and stated: “Each Union Republic retains the right freely to secede from the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics”.
Although a union of States interestingly USA has no such mechanism available in its constitution and according to US experts “the (US) constitutional language is sparse’. It is up to the Congress to give meaning to that language”. We all know who control and got the majority in the Congress?
Now those Soviet States have become independent countries but its people do have lot of emotional baggage and did not have closures with Russians. Some of them hate Russian aggression because they suffered at their hands. Now it is up to the Russians how they mend their neighbourhoods starting from Nagorno-Karabakh in Azerbaijan and Kashmir between India and Pakistan. They could play role in stopping Israeli aggression against Palestinians as it new neighbour.
The current tensions between Russia and Turkey have lot to do with Turkey’s principled policy in Middle East about Palestine. It is not a rocket science to understand that all the enemies and potential threats to Israel have been eliminated and countries, Iraq, Libya and Syria had been destroyed by US taxpayer’s money and profits from Arab assets in US banks. That is called ‘Check mate’ getting things done with someone else money and lives while enjoying the full profit for free.
This US policy in Afghanistan and Iraq benefited two countries Iran and Israel. Countries where US cannot intervene directly it destabilise the neighbours of those countries for example Pakistan is suffering due to US policy in Afghanistan, Iran Suffering due to the US policy in neighbouring Afghanistan and Iraq, Turkey is suffering due to the policy in Iraq and Syria, Saudi Arabia is suffering due to the US policy in Yemen. The conclusion is Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey are overwhelmed with attacks on the economy, security, terrorism and large number of refugees.
As per following ‘Brzezinski Doctrine’, Turkey is new Pakistan in the region as US is in habit putting too much pressures on it friend until they collapse, damaged and destroyed. We have no reason not to believe US President Jimmy Carter’s National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski who reportedly said that US lured the Soviets into Afghanistan trap and give USSR its Vietnam.
At the same time Zbigniew Brzezinski’s Interview with Le Nouvel Observateur’s Published 15-21 January 1998, and Translated by Jean Martineau makes clear:
“The Muslim Terrorist Apparatus was Created by US Intelligence as a Geopolitical Weapon”.
Well lets starts with Afghan Mujahidins, later know as Taliban further re-branded Al-Qeeda and now also known as (aka) Daesh or ISIL. The US & European States are still using Brzezinski’s Muslim terrorist strategy. Below is interview with Zbigniew Brzezinski. It is important for three reasons.
First, it flatly contradicts the official US justification for giving billions of dollars to the mujahideen in Afghanistan in the 1980s, namely that the US and Saudi Arabia were defending so-called freedom fighters against Soviet aggression.
Not so, says Brzezinski. He confirms what opponents have charged: that the US began covert sponsorship of Muslim extremists five months *before* the Soviets invaded Afghanistan. He says that after President Carter authorized the covert action:
“I explained to the president that this support would in my opinion lead to a military intervention by the Soviets.”
Second, the interview is instructive concerning so-called “conspiracy theory.” To be sure, there are plenty of nutty theories out there. And of course, there are plenty of just plain wrong theories. But as Brzezinski demonstrates, the US foreign policy establishment did, for want of a better word, conspire. Even as they claimed to oppose Muslim extremism, they knowingly fomented it *as a weapon of policy.* And they lied about what they were doing, pretending they were helping freedom fighters resist an invasion. In other words, deceit on two levels.
One must ask oneself: if the US foreign policy Establishment used Muslim extremism as a weapon once, how can one argue *in principle* that they would not use it again?
We say they *have* used it again; that they have used it continuously; and that we are seeing the fruits of this policy. Most recently we have seen the real essence of the Brzezinski doctrine in the horrendous events this past week in Russia (culminating in the school attack) and Israel (the double bus bombing).” Attack on school in Peshawar in Pakistan by TTP terrorists based in Afghanistan and more recently attacks in Paris on Friday 13 November 2015.
If we read interviews of US General Wesley Clark and Zbigniew Brzezinski doctrine together the whole puzzle is solved?
Brzezinski’s Interview with Le Nouvel Observateur
Le Nouvel Observateur: Former CIA director Robert Gates states in his memoirs: The American secret services began six months before the Soviet intervention to support the Mujahideen [in Afghanistan]. At that time you were President Carter’s security advisor; thus you played a key role in this affair. Do you confirm this statement?
Zbigniew Brzezinski: Yes. According to the official version, the CIA’s support for the Mujahideen began in 1980, i.e. after the Soviet army’s invasion of Afghanistan on 24 December 1979. But the reality, which was kept secret until today, is completely different: Actually it was on 3 July 1979 that President Carter signed the first directive for the secret support of the opposition against the pro-Soviet regime in Kabul. And on the same day I wrote a note, in which I explained to the president that this support would in my opinion lead to a military intervention by the Soviets.
Le Nouvel Observateur: Despite this risk you were a supporter of this covert action? But perhaps you expected the Soviets to enter this war and tried to provoke it?
Zbigniew Brzezinski: It’s not exactly like that. We didn’t push the Russians to intervene but we knowingly increased the probability that they would do it.
Le Nouvel Observateur: When the Soviets justified their intervention with the statement that they were fighting against a secret US interference in Afghanistan, nobody believed them. Nevertheless there was a core of truth to this…Do you regret nothing today?
Zbigniew Brzezinski: Regret what? This secret operation was an excellent idea. It lured the Russians into the Afghan trap, and you would like me to regret that? On the day when the Soviets officially crossed the border, I wrote President Carter, in essence: “We now have the opportunity to provide the USSR with their Viet Nam war.” Indeed for ten years Moscow had to conduct a war that was intolerable for the regime, a conflict which involved the demoralization and finally the breakup of the Soviet Empire.
Le Nouvel Observateur: And also, don’t you regret having helped future terrorists, having given them weapons and advice?
Zbigniew Brzezinski: What is most important for world history? The Taliban or the fall of the Soviet Empire? Some Islamic hotheads or the liberation of Central Europe and the end of the cold war?
Le Nouvel Observateur: “Some hotheads?” But it has been said time and time again: today Islamic fundamentalism represents a world-wide threat…
Zbigniew Brzezinski: Rubbish! It’s said that the West has a global policy regarding Islam. That’s hogwash: there is no global Islam. Let’s look at Islam in a rational and not a demagogic or emotional way. It is the first world religion with 1.5 billion adherents. But what is there in common between fundamentalist Saudi Arabia, moderate Morocco, militaristic Pakistan, pro-Western Egypt and secularized Central Asia? Nothing more than that which connects the Christian countries…”
Here is an interview video Clip of US General Wesley Clark, Ex Supreme Allied Commander NATO and its transcript.
US General Wesley Clark said:
“Because I had been through the Pentagon right after 9/11. About ten days after 9/11, I went through the Pentagon and I saw Secretary Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary Wolfowitz. I went downstairs just to say hello to some of the people on the Joint Staff who used to work for me, and one of the generals called me in. He said, “Sir, you’ve got to come in and talk to me a second.” I said, “Well, you’re too busy.” He said, “No, no.” He says, “We’ve made the decision we’re going to war with Iraq.” This was on or about the 20th of September. I said, “We’re going to war with Iraq? Why?” He said, “I don’t know.” He said, “I guess they don’t know what else to do.” So I said, “Well, did they find some information connecting Saddam to al-Qaeda?” He said, “No, no.” He says, “There’s nothing new that way. They just made the decision to go to war with Iraq.” He said, “I guess it’s like we don’t know what to do about terrorists, but we’ve got a good military and we can take down governments.” And he said, “I guess if the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem has to look like a nail.”
So I came back to see him a few weeks later, and by that time we were bombing in Afghanistan. I said, “Are we still going to war with Iraq?” And he said, “Oh, it’s worse than that.” He reached over on his desk. He picked up a piece of paper. And he said, “I just got this down from upstairs” — meaning the Secretary of Defense’s office — “today.” And he said, “This is a memo that describes how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.” I said, “Is it classified?” He said, “Yes, sir.” I said, “Well, don’t show it to me.” And I saw him a year or so ago, and I said, “You remember that?” He said, “Sir, I didn’t show you that memo! I didn’t show it to you!”
I wrote on an article “Combating International Terrorism: Things to Do” on 17 November, 2015 in The London Post:
“I am of the opinion that US’s real enemy is within and not outside which needs proper attention as few thousand Taliban created by USA and allies and ISIL again re branded and re launched by the USA do not pose a mortal threat. At the same times these few thousand ‘hired guns’ serve the following purpose:
- It distract the attention of the US and Allies public from the inner corruption
- It divert and distract the attention of the public how the financial institutions and banks are behaving and their corruption in USA, Britain, Europe and world wide
- It allows the Swiss Banks to function without any questions about transparency and legitimacy of money deposited. I cannot imagine a bank will open an account without a name and address but Swiss are doing it and getting away with it. It is like Somali pirates getting ransom money by bank transfers and US never question them?
- All names of the account holders especially foreigners and wealth deposited must be made public so countries can ask their nationals how did you get this money and why you did not disclose?
- Tax Free Safe heavens and offshore accounts are no different than ‘Terrorist Safe Heavens’ as no terrorist organisation can exist and survive with the backing and funding of a ‘State’. Those Tax free safe heavens are holding wealth in papers but it physically exist in their own countries.
- The unholy and sinister alliance of Bankers, Military Industrial Complexes and Corrupt politicians must be toppled and those responsible brought to justice.
Finally I would say Turkey and Russia must stop fighting with each other for the human lives, economy and protection of its citizens. They both must look at the ultimate beneficiaries of the tensions and sanctions on each other. As far as USA is concerned it need to fight another War of Independence with Wall Street and Shylock Bankers as well as need a Unilateral Declaration of Independence from Israel.
