(By special correspondent at Ankara Airport – Turkey ): – Passengers started their journey on 6 January 2016 from London Stanstead Airport at about 2.30 pm already delayed from advertised time on 13.35 arrived in Ankara after landing refused due to snow. The aircraft was hovering over 40 minutes in Istanbul was diverted to Ankara.
There were children and patients on the plane who were not received any food or drink after plane landed at Ankara. Passengers were remain on the plane for two hours. They were allowed in the terminal and after immigration the luggage arrived at 11.30 pm Turkish time.
No member of Atlas Global was available to help of assist the passengers. At about 12.20 pm passengers were brought in a city hotel where staff refused to provide food by saying: booking is for breakfast only starting at 6.30 am and passengers had to wait another 5 hours to eat.
The chaos did not stop here. In The morning Atlas Global staff bring all the passengers at Ankara airport for flight at 3 pm departure on 7 January 2016.
Atlas Global Staff disappeared again for hours and about 4.15 operations manager came to tell that he will have more information at about 6.30 pm if the flight KK6008 is going or not.
All the passengers were without food and drinks including patients and pregnant women and passengers travelling with small children.
Senior TV journalist based Deniz Gucer in Ankara said: Atlas Global has a very bad reputation and customer service.
Passengers are still suffering at the airport. It is known that weather go bad this time of the year. Atlas Global has proved to be lowest among customer care and crisis management said an angry passenger.
